Packaging and Logistics Service
As the professional wire mesh supplier, Unicorn Metal offers packaging, shipping, and delivery as part of the complete service. You are also welcome to pick up your order at our company, should you prefer that method.
Our associates take great care in packaging your order and ensuring it is delivered on time via your method of choice. Given the wide array of wire mesh products sizes and shapes available, we offer a variety of delivery methods. Unicorn Metal Sales team associates are prepared to discuss these options with you.
In some instances, you may prefer our confidential shipping option. At your request, we will use unmarked packaging and paperwork (no Unicorn Metal branding) and ship the order in your name to protect the relationship you have with your customer.
We are happy to coordinate logistics for delivery to your warehouse or a location of your choice. If you have special loading or unloading requirements, just let us know.
Pallet or Wooden Case Standards
For shipments on pallets/cases, cardboard and plastic film will be used to protect the materials bodies and edges.
Bundle Shipment Standards
All bundles are binded by bands or strips at each end, then wrapped by plastic film. The goods won’t be loose in the transportation, they are banded at least twice and often three times to avoid deformation.
Accessories Shipments
Components or Fittings will be placed in a bag and then secured in a box with the appropriate filler to prevent the product from shifting during transit.
Domestic Shipping (China mainland)
The products are usually packaged in bundles and equipped with straps for easy forklift loading and unloading, or additional packaging materials depending on product dimensions.
International Shipping
Our international shipping procedures will vary by type of product, material, carrier, and destination. Our packing team will pack the products according to the customer’s requirements and provide professional advice during the container loading to ensure that the products will not be squeezed or damaged in land, sea, or air transportation.
